With over 40 years of operating expertise in the industry, including more than a decade serving as a public-company CEO, Craig brings a wealth of invaluable knowledge and strategic insight to best serve our clients. His distinguished career is marked by senior leadership roles at numerous prominent restaurant companies, including Interim CEO at Brio Bravo, Board Director & Strategic Advisor at Fogo De Chao, Strategic Advisor at MGG Investment Group (d/b/a Shari's), CEO at Ruth's Hospitality Group, and CEO at Uno Restaurant Company.
Through these roles, Craig has guided two companies through successful IPOs and spearheaded multiple organizations through complex in- and out-of-court restructurings. He is renowned for his disciplined, data-driven approach to leadership, his decisive action in challenging situations, and his exceptional ability to navigate complex, resource-constrained environments where clarity, speed, and sound judgment are paramount.
