GACC™ Welcomes Caitlin Sanders to Lead Origination and Structuring of New Lending Investments

Caitlin Sanders has joined the firm as Managing Director of Great American Capital Corporation, LLC (GACC™), GA Group's asset-based lending platform. In this role, she will focus on originating and structuring customized investments for mid-market companies with strong underlying collateral value.

Her appointment follows the recent addition of Eran Cohen, who was brought on to oversee GACC's strategic direction, portfolio management, and platform expansion.

Caitlin brings a wealth of experience to GACC. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Managing Director at Callodine Credit, where she originated asset-based loans for middle-market companies in the U.S. and Western Europe, and served on the Investment Committee. She previously led underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management at its predecessor firm, Gordon Brothers Finance Company.

Earlier in her career, Caitlin served as a fixed income credit analyst at Logan Circle Partners, L.P. There, she conducted fundamental research and relative value analysis for potential investments across the capital structure within the telecom, cable, media, technology, and healthcare sectors. She began her career in a similar capacity as a fixed-income credit analyst at Delaware Investments.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
