Trey Engle leads M&A at GA
Group, identifying and executing transactions that advance the firms's
strategic growth objectives. He will also serve as a Principal at Great
American Capital Corporation, an asset-based lending fund.
Before joining GA Group, he was
as a Principal at Clamantis Holdings, an investment firm focused on small-cap
public and pre-IPO private companies. Prior to that, he served as a Vice
President in the Principal Investments group at B. Riley Financial, where he
underwrote and managed balance sheet investments across public and private
equity and credit. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the
Media & Communications group at J.P. Morgan. Trey holds a B.A. in Economics
from Brigham Young University.
