With more than 30 years of international professional experience - including over a decade in the insurance, brokerage, and risk advisory sectors - he specializes in developing strategic business opportunities across Latin America, North America, and Europe.
Throughout his career, Sergio Compean has worked closely with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients to build durable partnerships, improve service quality, and drive sustainable commercial growth. His expertise spans international operations, business development, risk solutions, and cross-border relationship management, with a focus on helping organizations navigate complex and evolving risk environments.
Prior to joining GA Risk Solutions, he held senior leadership positions at SEKURA | aer and Interprotección, where he contributed to the development of international insurance and risk-management operations. He holds a LAE from Universidad Anáhuac, where he developed proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. His education also includes studies at Universidad Panamericana. He brings extensive international experience, including five years working in Brazil, combining regional insight with a global commercial perspective.
