Rosita serves as a Director and Dallas Practice Leader of
our growing CFO Advisory practice, with a track record of helping dynamic
organizations drive growth, profitability, and operational impact. She brings
more than 15 years of experience spanning public accounting, transaction
advisory, and finance leadership roles across private-equity backed,
venture-backed, and founder-led businesses.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive
teams to strengthen finance organizations, improve operational performance,
support strategic transactions, and help companies navigate complexity through
periods of growth and transformation. Prior to GA Group, Rosita served as Head
of Finance at Cushion, where she supported the company during a period of
growth and innovation in personal-finance technology. Her work contributed to a
platform focused on helping consumers gain greater visibility and control over
bills, subscriptions, buy-now-pay-later loans, and spending. Beyond her fintech
experience, Rosita has led Finance and Treasury for a manufacturing and
services company, where she helped modernize financial operations and support a
major business transformation.
Rosita holds a Master of Science in Accounting and
Information Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the
University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the
SMU Cox School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed
by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
