Rosita serves as a Director and Dallas Practice Leader of our growing CFO Advisory practice, with a track record of helping dynamic organizations drive growth, profitability, and operational impact. She brings expertise in strategic financial planning, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and translating complex financial insights into clear guidance for stakeholders across an organization.
Prior to GA Group, Rosita served as Vice President of Finance at Cushion, where she supported the company during a period of growth and innovation in personal-finance technology. Her work contributed to a platform focused on helping consumers gain greater visibility and control over bills, subscriptions, buy-now-pay-later loans, and spending.
Known for her collaborative, analytical approach, Rosita builds strong cross-functional partnerships and helps teams identify the financial considerations that support sustainable value creation.
Rosita holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
