Rosita serves as a Director and leads our CFO Advisory Practice in Dallas, with a track record of helping dynamic organizations drive growth, profitability, and operational impact. She brings more than 15 years of experience spanning public accounting, transaction advisory, and finance leadership roles across founder-led and private-equity backed businesses in the middle market.
Throughout her career, Rosita has partnered with private-equity sponsors, executive teams, and operating leaders to strengthen finance organizations, improve operational performance, support strategic transactions, and help companies navigate complexity through periods of growth and transformation. Prior to GA Group, Rosita served as Head of Finance at Cushion, owning the full finance function end-to-end: accounting, FP&A, strategic finance, pricing, funding strategy, liquidity management, and financial operations. In addition to her SaaS experience, Rosita has led Finance and Treasury for a multi-location manufacturing and services company, where she modernized financial operations, optimized cash management, and supported a major business transformation. Regardless of role, industry, or scale, Rosita has consistently led with a builder mindset, designing systems, KPIs, and operating rhythms that create clarity, drive accountability, and enable better cross-functional decision-making.
Rosita holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
