Rebecca Hollander serves as General
Counsel for GA Group where she oversees the legal affairs of the Company's core
businesses and strategic initiatives. Having served in this capacity
since 2023, she is familiar with the Company's operations, objectives, and
needs. Rebecca works closely with GA Group's professionals to find
business-forward solutions to achieve their goals.
Prior to moving in house, Rebecca spent
nine years as a bankruptcy and corporate restructuring attorney, first as a law
clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and
later as an associate and then partner at a nationally-recognized firm where
she represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, and
independent fiduciaries in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructuring
matters. Rebecca brings her restructuring skills to bear for GA Group in
its various in- and out-of-court engagements.
Rebecca is recognized for her ability to
drive consensus and find creative solutions to complicated legal issues.
She attended Boston University School of Law and Amherst College where she
received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude with distinction,
in French and Anthropology.
