Nav Singh is a Director and senior leader within the Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory Services practice at GA Group. He specializes in providing independent transaction opinions, board advisory services, and sophisticated financial counsel to executives, corporate boards, special committees, and legal counsel navigating complex corporate transactions.

Nav brings more than two decades of corporate finance experience to the firm, combining deep execution expertise with a demonstrated ability to establish market-leading advisory offerings. Prior to joining GA Group, he served as a Director in Houlihan Lokey's Transaction Opinions and Board Advisory Services group. His career also includes a foundational role at Grant Thornton, where he served as a Director in its transaction opinions practice. He brought a similar focus to Alvarez & Marsal, where he helped build and manage their early transaction opinions and board advisory team after beginning his specialized career with Duff & Phelps.

Throughout his career, Nav has been directly involved in the execution of hundreds of complex valuation, fairness, and solvency opinion projects across a wide range of industries. He has advised public and private entities and institutional investors on matters concerning capital surplus, solvency, fairness, and corporate finance. His notable transaction experience includes work for marquee clients such as Blackstone, Coca-Cola Consolidated, The Williams Companies, Rio Tinto, Providence Equity Partners, Solarwinds, and Kraft Foods.
