Mirko Andric is an accomplished investment professional with over two decades of progressive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Great American Capital Corporation (GACC) out of Boston, he specializes in providing flexible capital solutions to mid-market companies by leveraging deep industry expertise and robust asset-based lending strategies.
Throughout his career, Mirko has built an extensive track record in the underwriting, structuring, and documentation of complex investments, as well as sophisticated risk and portfolio management. His core competencies include fundamental investment and industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting. He has played a key role in numerous high-profile transactions, including senior secured credit facilities and take-private financings across diverse sectors such as aerospace, defense, consumer brands, and agriculture.
Prior to his current role, Mirko spent 15 years at SLR Credit Solutions as a Senior Managing Director, where he was instrumental in driving the firm's direct private credit initiatives. His previous experience includes senior positions at RBS Citizens N.A. (Charter One), CastleGuard Partners LLC, and Freeport Financial LLC, where he developed a deep specialization in leveraged finance, private equity, and corporate finance.
