Mike Stankiewicz brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and financial operations, with a strong background in transaction advisory and due diligence. At GA Group, he applies expertise in financial diligence, asset-based lending, securitizations, and portfolio management to support lenders, private equity sponsors, and operators across industries.
Previously, Mike was Director of Finance & Strategy at a national Dental Partnership Organization. Joining in its first year, he led M&A and portfolio management efforts that expanded the platform to more than 100 practices, making it the fastest-growing in its industry.
Prior to that, he was a Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice at FTI Consulting, advising lenders, private equity sponsors, and management teams on asset-based lending and securitization diligence, quality of earnings reviews, working capital assessments, and turnaround advisory.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University, where he was a Division I student-athlete on the men's soccer team.
