Mike Adair, ASA, serves as Associate Director for GA Group Advisory Services. He started his career at GA Group Advisory Services in 2009. As part of the corporate advisory & valuation team, his focus is valuations services for financial and tax reporting, financing, fairness opinions, solvency opinions and M&A advisory. Prior to joining the corporate valuation team, he she spent five years working in GA Group's wholesale and industrial inventory valuation group. Adair's valuation expertise is utilized across both consumer and industrial industries. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers, certified in business valuation.
Adair holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with a concentration in finance, from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
