She led high-impact negotiations with major REITs and landlords, delivering multimillion-dollar savings through renewals, relocations, and portfolio optimization. Bree managed cross-functional teams, oversaw complex lease portfolios, and played a central role in large-scale transactions, including multi-brand divestitures and strategic restructuring initiatives.
Earlier in her career at RadioShack Corporation, Bree excelled at developing market optimization plans and executing leasing strategies across hundreds of stores nationwide. Her work consistently improved site performance, reduced occupancy costs, and supported expansion into new markets.
