His expertise is truly unique, having served on all sides of the negotiating table as a retailer, restaurant developer, consultant, and broker. This comprehensive experience allows him to approach complex real estate challenges with a rare and invaluable perspective.
Mike's career highlights include senior roles at major corporations, such as The Howard Hughes Corporation and Simon Property Group, as well as experience with Katz & Associates.
Prior to joining GA Group, this diversity of roles shaped his strategic acumen across a wide range of real estate environments, including mixed-use, neighborhood, urban high streets, regional malls, and community environments.

As a trusted advisor, Mike has been instrumental in collaboratively developing and executing numerous enterprise-wide strategic real estate initiatives.

- Executed more than 100 anchor transactions comprising in excess of 3M SF.
- Consummated 150 restaurant transactions encompassing casual full service dining, emerging high growth concepts, and casual fast food freestanding drive-thru amassing in excess of 500,000 SF.
- Handled all aspects including, vendor pricing for all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and construction of a 57,000 SF state of the art movie theater (currently operating as Cobb Theatre/Plaza Cinema Café 12) to anchor an urban Mixed-Use Class A Office Condo project in the heart of Downtown Orlando on the 2nd level. This transaction triggered a $3.5M Dollar Subsidy from the City of Orlando, which benefited our ownership group.
- Engineered a complex transaction with Chase Bank, which included a branch location, a 24-space reserved parking agreement in the attached parking garage and building/branding naming rights (Chase Plaza).
- Led T-Mobile's initial market entry plan, site selection and negotiations into Southern CA throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties. Completed transactions for 45 stores that opened within a 12-month period from start to finish that included regional malls, strips, street-front and community, power centers.
- Awarded The Irvine Company - "Broker of the Year" (5 Times)
