engaged to oversee the comprehensive wind-down and monetization of assets for
eSolutions Furniture.
eSolutions Furniture, a North American
leader in home and office furnishings, includes the widely recognized brands
Bush Home and Bush Business Furniture. With a storied history dating
back to 1959, these brands have long been synonymous with high-quality,
durable, and functional ready-to-assemble furniture.
Following a difficult decision to cease
manufacturing operations, eSolutions Furniture is working under a
court-supervised process in coordination with its lending syndicate to ensure
an orderly wind-down. GA Group will work in close cooperation with the court-appointed Receiver to bring these assets to market in a disciplined,
professional, and transparent manner.
