Amy Holtsclaw serves as an Operations Manager with GA Retail Solutions, leading a team of consultants, driving high-quality service, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence. She focuses on aligning resources, removing barriers, improving processes, and developing her team to deliver consistent business value.
Before joining GA, she spent 18 years at JOANN, most recently as Manager of End User Services. There, she led IT service operations supporting four distribution centers, corporate offices, and approximately 800 retail stores. Her responsibilities included end-user technology support, IT asset lifecycle management, and technology deployments.
Amy attended The University of Akron for Business Administration. She brings extensive experience leading teams, managing complex operations, and translating business needs into effective solutions.
